Who can get a loan and how much?
A person can get a loan of 80% to 85 % of the total property cost (including stamp duty and registration) based on individual financial credentials.
All our projects are approved by all leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, SBI, IDBI etc.
How many days are required for the sanction of the loan?
For salaried people, if the documents are ready, the loan can be sanctioned within 96 hours. For self employed, it would be 7 days.
What are documents required for getting loan?

What are the steps involved in getting a Home loan?
